1. The service
Screenmotive designs creative assets for App Store product pages and related marketing, as described on our website and in your order. There are two one-time plans, with no subscription. The iOS 27 Header Pack ($19, one-time) includes 3 iOS 27 product page header designs (21:9, still images) with a matching search results image (3:2) for each; you pick one and get 1 round of changes on it. It includes no video or screenshots; single App Store languages can be added at $5 each. If you upgrade to the Full set within 30 days of buying the Header Pack, the $19 is credited in full. The Full set ($149, one-time) includes the full package described on our website: 3 designs to choose from, a header image and looping video, a search result image, screenshots, an app preview video and a social video, with 2 rounds of changes on every piece. It also includes the 39 classic App Store languages (including your English), an upload-ready App Store Connect folder (iPhone screenshots at Apple’s required size, iPad too if you send iPad captures), an A/B variant screenshot set for Apple’s Product Page Optimization tests, and caption copy written around your keywords, then one free refresh per app update, at most one every 60 days, for the app it was bought for. Full set add-ons, chosen when you order and paid at checkout: an extra preview video ($19) and the 11 newer App Store languages at $5 each (not part of the 39). Newer languages are made to order. If we can’t meet our quality bar, that language is refunded. Translation covers the text we design (captions and headlines on the screenshots, header and search image), not App Store metadata. Videos aren’t translated. It is AI translation with no native-speaker review, and your app’s own screens stay in the language of the screenshots you send. Caption copy is written for clarity; we don’t promise rankings or results. Further changes beyond the included rounds can be quoted separately. One app per purchase; a full redesign or a different app is a new project. Launch kit: Full set orders placed until October 31, 2026, 23:59 (Oslo time) include 30 matching social media images at no extra cost; prices are unchanged.
2. Ordering and payment
You pick a plan and any Full set add-ons, then pay first, through Stripe Checkout. After payment you’re taken to a short brief: your app’s name and App Store or TestFlight link, your email, a Google Drive or Dropbox link to screenshots or screen recordings, 3–5 key features, and for the Full set your audience, optional style notes, the languages you want and the add-ons you bought. Work starts once you’ve paid. Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable tax. Both plans are one-time payments. No price requires a testimonial or permission to show your work.
3. Delivery
We send your first designs within 24 hours of payment and all materials needed for the order being received and confirmed usable. There’s no turnaround promise on changes or final files. Translated sets (Full set) are delivered within 48 hours of you approving your English set; the 24-hour promise covers the English set. We’ll tell you promptly if anything is missing. Final files are delivered after you approve, through a private shared folder link (Google Drive or Dropbox) plus a short email. Within 24 hours, or your money back: if your first designs are more than 24 hours late plus a 12-hour grace period, you choose a full refund or a free extra design, as set out in our refund policy.
4. Your materials
You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you send us — recordings, screenshots, logos, fonts, text — and that it doesn’t include other people’s personal data. You’re responsible for the accuracy of claims about your app.
5. Changes and corrections
Rounds of changes and Apple-related fixes are handled as described in our changes policy.
6. Ownership and use
Once paid, you own the delivered files and may use them for your app anywhere — App Store, Google Play, your website, ads and social media. We keep the right to our underlying templates, tools and working methods. We’ll only show your work in our portfolio with your explicit permission. Giving that permission, and any testimonial, is optional and never a condition of any price. If you say yes, the testimonial will be your genuine opinion, in your own words. We won’t write it for you, and we’ll only shorten it with your OK.
7. Apple and App Store review
We design to Apple’s published specifications and guidelines, but App Review decisions are Apple’s alone and we can’t guarantee approval. If Apple rejects our work because of our design, we fix it free, as many times as it takes: unlimited fixes if Apple rejects it, for rejections caused by our design only. Technical issues with our files are corrected as described in the revision policy.
8. No performance guarantees
We don’t promise any specific number of downloads, conversions, rankings or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Refunds
See our refund policy.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Trademarks
Apple, App Store, iPhone and iOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. Screenmotive is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
12. Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
