Previews may only use video captured from the app itself. No invented screens.

Apple’s minimum and maximum. iPhone previews are 886×1920 in portrait.
Plays first
A preview always appears before your screenshots on the product page.
Muted by default
It autoplays without sound, so captions and motion have to carry it.

Can you make a preview without a screen recording?
No. Apple’s rules say a preview may only use video captured from the app itself, so we need a screen recording of your real app. We never invent UI.
How long is it?
15–30 seconds, which is Apple’s range. It plays before your screenshots and starts muted, so we design it to read without sound.
Can I get more than one?
Yes. Add an extra preview video for +$19 at checkout. Apple allows up to three previews per device size and language.
Is the video translated?
No, videos aren’t translated. The 39 included languages cover the text on your screenshots, header and search image.
Will a preview get me more downloads?
We can’t promise more downloads, and be wary of anyone who does. We deliver professional App Store visuals; installs depend on your app and audience.
Refunds?
Full refund if we haven’t started. Late with first designs? You choose a refund or a free extra design. No refunds once work is delivered. See the refund policy.
